1. File Explorer:

  • Open File Explorer by pressing Windows Key + E.
  • Use File Explorer to navigate through your files and folders, create new folders, and manage your documents.
  • Customize File Explorer by changing view options (e.g., details, large icons) and sorting files by name, date, or type.

2. Quick Access:

  • The Quick Access section in File Explorer shows your frequently used folders and recent files for easy access.
  • You can pin important folders to Quick Access by right-clicking on the folder and selecting Pin to Quick access.

3. Copying, Moving, and Deleting Files:

  • Use Ctrl + C to copy, Ctrl + X to cut, and Ctrl + V to paste files and folders.
  • Press Delete to move items to the Recycle Bin, or Shift + Delete to permanently delete them.

4. OneDrive Integration:

  • OneDrive is integrated with Windows 11 for cloud storage. Access your OneDrive files from File Explorer.
  • Sync your files with OneDrive to ensure they are backed up and accessible from other devices.
