Check Power Connection: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both your Palbook and the power outlet. Look for any indicators on the adapter or the Palbook that confirm it’s receiving power.
Perform a Hard Reset: Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to force a shutdown. Then press the power button again to turn it on.
Check Battery: If the battery is completely drained, connect the power adapter and let it charge for at least 15 minutes before trying to turn it on again.
