Troubleshooting: Wi-Fi Connection Issues

Check Wi-Fi Settings: Click on the network icon in the system tray and ensure Wi-Fi is turned on. Select your network and connect.


Restart Router and Palbook: Turn off your router, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on. Restart your Palbook.


Update Network Drivers: Type “Device Manager” in the search bar and open it. Expand Network adapters, right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter, and select Update driver.
