1. Warranty Coverage:
- Your Futuco Palbook is covered by a standard 18-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions.
- You can extend the warranty by an additional 6 months (total of 24 months) by registering your Palbook at https://futuco.tech/za/register-warranty/
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or abuse, unauthorized repairs and modifications, normal wear and tear, and removal of any tamper-proof labels.
2. Proof of Purchase:
- Keep your original receipt or proof of purchase. It will be required for warranty service.
3. Additional Information:
- Based on your request, we may require additional information, images or videos to ensure the best quality of assessment.
4. Warranty Service - Fetch and Repair:
- If you experience a hardware issue, contact our customer support team. We’ll guide you through initial troubleshooting.
- If the issue qualifies for warranty service, we’ll arrange a free fetch-and-repair service:
- We’ll collect your Palbook from your location
- Repair it at our authorized service center
- Return it to you within up to 5 business days from the time we receive the item
- This service is available at no cost within South Africa during your warranty period.
