Your Futuco Palbook is equipped with multiple ports that allow you to connect a variety of peripherals to enhance your productivity and expand the functionality of your device. Here's how to connect and use different peripherals:
USB and USB Type-C Devices
1. Connect USB Devices:
- Plug your USB device (such as a mouse, keyboard, external hard drive, or flash drive) into one of the USB ports on your Palbook.
- Your Palbook has multiple USB ports, including 2x USB 3.2 Gen1 Type A, 1x USB 2.0 Type A, and 1x USB Type-C (Power and Data) ports.
2. Connect USB Type-C Devices:
- Plug your USB Type-C device (such as an external hard drive, docking station, or display adapter) into the USB Type-C (Power and Data) port on your Palbook.
3. Automatic Detection:
- Your Palbook should automatically detect the connected USB or USB Type-C device.
- You may see a notification indicating that the device is ready to use.
4. Accessing Storage Devices:
- Open File Explorer by pressing Windows Key + E.
- Locate the USB or USB Type-C storage device under This PC and click to access its contents.
5. Using Other Peripherals:
- For other peripherals like docking stations or display adapters, follow the manufacturer's instructions to use the connected device.
*Note: USB Type-C port is a Power Input and Data port. Not to be confused with power output.
Audio Devices
1. Connect Audio Devices:
- Plug your headphones, earphones, or external speakers into the 3.5mm audio jack on your Palbook.
2. Automatic Detection:
- Your Palbook should automatically detect the connected audio device.
- You may need to select the audio device as the output source in the sound settings.
3. Adjusting Sound Settings:
- Right-click on the sound icon in the system tray and select Open Sound settings.
- Under Output, select your connected audio device from the drop-down menu.
MicroSD Cards
1. Insert MicroSD Card:
- Insert the MicroSD card into the MicroSD card slot on your Palbook.
2. Automatic Detection:
- Your Palbook should automatically detect the inserted MicroSD card.
- You may see a notification indicating that the card is ready to use.
3. Accessing MicroSD Card:
- Open File Explorer by pressing Windows Key + E.
- Locate the MicroSD card under This PC and click to access its contents.
