Check Power Adapter: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the cable is not damaged. Try using a different power outlet.
Reset Battery Driver: Open Device Manager, expand Batteries, right-click on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, and select Uninstall device. Restart your Palbook to reinstall the driver.
Calibrate the Battery: Fully charge the battery, then use the Palbook until it shuts down. Recharge it fully without interruption.
