Troubleshooting: Unresponsive Screen or Touchpad

Restart Your Palbook: Sometimes a simple restart can fix the issue. Save your work and restart the device.


Check for Updates: Go to Settings > Windows Update and install any available updates.


Adjust Touchpad Settings: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad and ensure it is enabled and configured correctly.
